It’s been one of those weeks in my household, and the last thing I have wanted to do after coming home is cook. Don’t get me wrong – I normally love cooking, but even a 30-minute meal would take too much time this week.

Cue the slow cooker, my ultimate go-to during times like this. And what goes better in the crockpot than my go-to pork chop recipe? Not only does this recipe use a cut of meat we seemingly always have on hand, but it also uses ingredients most people have in their pantry. 

As an added bonus, there is no chopping, dicing, or trimming required. That is, unless you want to mince your own garlic, in which case go right ahead. I opted to save time by purchasing minced garlic from the grocery store instead.
