The National Pork Board (NPB) has asked U.S. pork producers to provide input on the Pork Quality Assurance (PQA) Plus program as they look to review it and release an updated version of the program in 2013.

In addition to aggregated data from the past five years of site assessments and a third-party verification process completed in 2011, NPB would like to hear from program participants.

Specifically they would like to know what improvements should be made to content.

Please complete this survey to submit your input. The survey consists of 20 questions and should take no more than 20-30 minutes to complete. You can also pause the survey at any point to complete it when it is more convenient for you.

For more information regarding this survey or the PQA Plus program, contact Sherrie Niekamp at or at (515) 223-3533.
