The 2012 Farm Bill will be the topic of various hearings across the United States; some have already been held, others are yet to be scheduled. The latest one on the docket will take place in Kansas.

U.S. Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.), ranking member of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, and Senate Agriculture Committee Chairwoman U.S. Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-MI), will conduct a full committee field hearing in Wichita, Kan.

The event, entitled, "Looking Ahead, Kansas and the 2012 Farm Bill,"  will be held on Thursday, Aug. 25, beginning at 9:00 a.m. (CDT). It will take place at the Hilton Wichita Airport, 2098 Airport Road, Wichita, KS
