Pre-registration for the 2008 Iowa Pork Congress in Des Moines is now available online. The show is scheduled for Jan. 23-24, 2008 at the Iowa Events Center in Des Moines. Registration can be completed online at http://www.iowaporkcongress.org/ or by using the form in the November issue of the Iowa Pork Producer magazine. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance.
IPPA members and non-members can save money when they pre-register. IPPA members who pre-register receive free admission. The cost to non-members is just $5 when they register in advance. Registration at the door will be $10. The deadline for online registration is Jan. 11, 2008. Mail-in registrations will be accepted until Jan. 8, 2008.
By pre-registering for Pork Congress, the attendee's name badge will be pre-printed and waiting for them at the pre-registration desk when they arrive. As an added bonus, those pre-registering will be entered in drawings for prizes, including Iowa State University men's basketball tickets, hotel stays and more.
The nation's largest winter trade show will feature some 300 swine-related companies, many valuable seminars and educational events, networking opportunities, youth activities and social events.
