A free quarterly e-newsletter dedicated to swine health and management is just a phone call or e-mail away. Published by the National Institute for Animal Agriculture, with funding support from the soybean checkoff, the e-newsletter will contain information suited for producers, veterinarians, nutritionists, consultants, extension specialists, allied industry and others who want science-based information and news articles.
“NIAA published a hard copy of Swine Health Report for 10 years and readers loved it. But times have changed and NIAA is switching from its hard-copy format to an electronic version—and is expanding the material in the newsletter to include management articles as well. That’s why the name has been changed to Swine Health & Management Report,” states Leonard Bull, DVM, NIAA’s chairman of the board.
“Anyone involved in the swine industry should find this e-newsletter of value; and, those who subscribe are more than welcome to forward the e-newsletter to their constituents, neighbors, clients and such.”
Bull stresses that e-mail addresses of individuals subscribing to the e-newsletter will be kept confidential and will only be used for dissemination of the Swine Health & Management Report.
To subscribe to the Swine Health & Management Report, you can either e-mail a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or call NIAA at (719) 538-8843.
