carcasses DN 0.22 at 196.11; Select 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses
DN 0.14 at 174.03; based on 57.63 loads of Choice cuts, 30.23
loads of Select cuts, 12.04 loads of Trimmings, and 19.39
loads of coarse ground trimmings.
CARCASS PRICE EQUIVALENT INDEX VALUE

Sales reported on 35.25 loads of pork cuts and 6.0 loads of
trim/process pork.
Compared to Friday's Close: Fresh 1/4" trimmed loins firm;
butts mostly steady; sknd hams 20-27 lbs 2.00 higher; sdls bellies
not tested; lean trimmings steady to weak. Trading very slow, with
light to moderate demand and offerings.

0.65" -0.80" back fat at last rib.* **82.34 UP 0.42.** Loins bone
