and offerings. Select and Choice rib and loin cuts steady to firm while chuck 
and round cuts mostly steady. Beef trimmings generally steady on light demand 
and offerings.

   Estimated composite cutout value of Choice 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses up 1.44
at 196.33; Select 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses dn 0.20 at 174.17; based on 56.01 
loads of Choice cuts, 40.76 loads of Select cuts, 6.21 loads of Trimmings, and 
21.54 loads of coarse ground trimmings.
