moderate demand and light to moderate offerings.

carcasses UP 0.11 at 194.28; Select 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses
UP 0.87 at 173.84; based on 92.02 loads of Choice cuts, 82.71
loads of Select cuts, 13.70 loads of Trimmings, and 56.92
loads of coarse ground trimmings.

trim/process pork.

2.00 higher; butts steady; sknd hams 20-23 lbs 4.00 higher, all other
weights not tested; sdls bellies 14-16 lbs not established; lean trimmings
mostly 1.00 lower. Trading moderate, with light to moderate demand and
offerings.
