Afternoon National Slaughter Cattle Review as of 2:00 pm Wednesday

So far for Wednesday trading was inactive on very light demand in the Texas 
Panhandle, Northern Plains and the Western Cornbelt. Not enough sales for an
adequate market trend in these feeding regions. In Kansas trading and demand
has been light. In Kansas, compared to last week, a light test of live sales 
sold steady at 119.00. The last fully reported market was last week in the 
Texas Panhandle with live sales at 119.00. In Nebraska live sales sold mostly 
at 120.00 and dressed sales at 193.00 for the prior week. In Colorado live 
sales sold at 120.50 for the previouis week. In the Western Cornbelt, last 
week, live sales sold from 120.00-121.00 and dressed sales from 191.00-193.00.
