Feeder Cattle Weighted Average Report for 01/16/2013

Receipts:  5400    Last Week:  4370    Year Ago:  0

  Compared with last week steers and heifers traded unevenly steady
with several loads of fancy reputation Sandhill raised calves and
value added offerings.  Demand was very good for all offerings today
with several buyers in the seats and a strong influence from the west.
Receipts consisted of 82 percent steers, 18 percent heifers, with 78
percent weighing over 600 pounds.
