The Minnesota Pork Congress is scheduled for Jan. 19 and 20 at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Tradeshow hours are Wednesday, Jan. 19, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m and Thursday, Jan. 20, 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
