As of Aug. 1, Erin Herbold is the IowaStateUniversityCenter for Agricultural Law and Taxation's first staff attorney.

“This position will allow our center to increase the amount of programs we offer to Iowans,” says Roger McEowen, Leonard Dolezal Professor in Agricultural Law and director of the law center.

She was previously employed at a private law firm in Ames, Iowa. She is a member of the Iowa Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
