On September 27-29 National Institute for Animal Agriculture will present it's annual Animal Identification Expo. Known as the I.D. Info Expo 2005, the three-day event will take place at the Crowne Plaza O’Hare Hotel in Chicago.

It is open to anyone involved in animal agriculture production and marketing.  

This year’s program will feature:

  • National Animal Identification System updates from across the country, including accomplishments, future plans and pilot projects;
  • Implementation challenges as well as a look at private-industry proposals for a national animal I.D. system;
  • New technology in animal identification and information systems, and food-chain perspectives on a national system;
  • A field perspective of practical technology experience.

The event includes a trade show devoted to animal identification and information systems.
