If you feed distillers grain on your pork operation, check out this new Web site for the latest information.

The University of Illinois has developed a Web site about DDGS in pork diets. The site features several sections, including current research results, a list of Midwestern distillers grain sources and contacts for current prices and by-product availability.

It also includes:

• Training presentations.
• A resource library, including material from industry and university sources.
• Breakeven feed prices for distillers grains, including a Web-based calculator for individual results.
• Weekly distillers grain price updates and other by-product feeds.
• Storage and handling of wet distillers grains in bags.
