A showcase of America's most prominent purebred genetic resources offers you the opportunity to see what's available and learn more about the cutting edge of purebred genetics.

On Wednesday and Thursday from 8 a.m. to  5 p.m., and on Friday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.  the "U.S. America's Best Genetics Alley" will be set up in the Cattle Barn on the Iowa State Fairgrounds.

The area will feature select seed stock suppliers, boar semen companies, and exporting firms that serve as a world-wide resource for production systems of any scale. Producers will learn about genetics dedicated to the improvement of your bottom line-- such as lean efficiency, pork quality and lifetime maternal performance-- and how a comprehensive genetic evaluation, coupled with molecular technology and a verified pedigree structure can serve as a source for pure genetic progress.
