Checkoff Partnerships showcase sustainable soy products
The soybean checkoff’s Green Ribbon Fairs program will introduce millions of fair attendees – from both rural and urban areas – to the benefits of soy-based consumer and industrial products. The United Soybean Board (USB) will reimburse the fairs for using soy-based products as part of fair operations, activities or facilities improvements.

Nebraska Chamber of Commerce blocks HSUS
First, Nebraska’s governor sent a warning out to the Humane Society of the United States that anti-agriculture actions the group implemented in other states would not be welcome in Cornhusker territory. Now, the Holdrege (Nebraska) Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors has voted to oppose any possible future activities of HSUS that would be detrimental to the state’s agricultural economy, especially animal agriculture.
