The pork industry's annual business meeting– National Pork Industry Forum - will take place on March 3 to March 5 in Phoenix, AZ. The meeting is open to all U.S. pork producers and pork importers.

To help celebrate the 25th anniversary of what producers in 1986 called ‘the 100 percent Checkoff,” the Pork Forum will focus on the theme: “Your Pork Checkoff – A Silver Anniversary & A Golden Opportunity."

Producer delegates will be the first to see the new marketing campaign designed to refresh and reinvigorate the image of pork in the minds of U.S. consumers. Process in the industry’s We Care initiative – including PQA Plus and PQA Plus Site Assignment programs -will also be discussed. Participants will have the opportunity to become PQA Plus certified through a training session hosted on March 3.
