The American Meat Science Association has developed a day and half educational short course designed to provide individuals with the needed training and resources to monitor and maintain the quality of their products. QA 101 is scheduled for June 21-22, 2008 at the Hilton University of Florida Conference Center in Gainesville, Fla.
The course will allow participants to learn from some of the industry''s top experts in field of quality assurance.
