Archer Daniels Midland Company is teaming up with the National FFA Organization to offer scholarships to encourage the next generation of agricultural leaders.  This 2006 scholarship program will award $160,000 to select high school and college FFA members who reside in ADM communities.

"ADM is proud to support FFA members in the communities where we work and live," states Brian Peterson, senior vice president of corporate affairs.  "This organization provides a valuable service in the development of leaders throughout the agricultural industry."

Each year, FFA supports education by awarding more than $2 million in scholarships to members. Students are selected based on academic achievement and extracurricular activities. Scholarships will be awarded to students enrolling in two or four-year colleges or universities for full-time undergraduate studies in fall 2006.  Interested FFA members should visit www.admworld.com or www.ffa.org for scholarship application details.
