When it comes time for pig chores, everyone chips in.

Wanda Patsche, who grows around 1,000 acres of corn and soybeans while raising approximately 4,400 hogs annually with her husband in southern Minnesota, knows a thing or three about rural living. With five grandchildren to count on, she always has plenty of help when it comes time for chores.

Patsche posted her snapshot of boots lined up ready to go as part of her #RealPigFarming story.

Her post was part of the #RealPigFarming campaign sponsored by the National Pork Board. The social media campaign encourages the nation’s pork producers to share photos and experiences online using the hashtag, #RealPigFarming. Read, “Pork Checkoff launches social media blitz.”
