Officials in Lyon County, Iowa, have arrested and charged a South Dakota man with three felonies stemming from the alleged theft of 121 hogs.

A Lyon County Sheriff’s Office press release reports Joshua J. Nygaard is accused of a stealing and selling market hogs on three separate occasions. He currently is being held in the Lyon County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Authorities have charged Nygaard with one count of first-degree theft and two counts of second-degree theft.
