Pfizer Animal Health has announced the addition of many products formerly marketed by Fort Dodge Animal Health. The products have been added to Pfizer’s product line as a result of the company’s purchase of Wyeth.

The addition of the Fort Dodge products allows Pfizer Animal Health to greatly diversify its U.S. portfolio, as well as broaden its offering in all animal health segments, according to company officials.

“We’re extremely proud to offer our customers even more best-in-class and innovative products,” says Clint Lewis, Pfizer Animal Health’s president of U.S operations.

For the swine market, Pfizer Animal Health will present a comprehensive range of solutions and services to strengthen its offering with the line of Suvaxyn vaccines for porcine circovirus. This addition rounds out an already broad product line that includes Respisure, Flusure, Draxxin and Excede.
