Feed industry professionals and producers will have the opportunity to update their knowledge of swine, cattle, poultry and equine nutrition at the 71st annual Minnesota Nutrition Conference, set for Sept. 21-22 in Owatonna, Minn.
The conference, sponsored by the University of Minnesota’s Animal Science and Extension departments, will include speakers from around the world discussing the latest concepts in animal nutrition. Featured topics will include new technology and tools for nutritionists as well as updates on research at the University of Minnesota. The conference is split into three sessions so that participants can focus on their area of interest — ruminant, non-ruminant and equine nutrition.
This year’s conference continues a 71-year tradition of bringing the latest information on animal nutrition to feed industry professionals and producers in the upper Midwest. “Attendees of this conference will hear about the latest feeding approaches from both academia and industry,” says Noah Litherland, conference co-chair.
Registration is $195 per person through Sept. 7, or $230 after that, with a special $100 rate for students.
