will host the 10th Ag HR Roundtable, Aug. 7-9, on the Tyson Foods’ campus in Springdale, Ark. The event provides a great educational and networking opportunity. Nearly 200 participants attended last year’s conference and this year’s event is expected to be even bigger.

There is no better place to connect with human resource professionals and collegiate career services that have a passion for the agriculture and food industries. The level of content and educational resources provided to roundtable participants is unmatched in the industry, according to organizers.

Some of the topics for this year’s roundtable include:

  • Effective Employee Training Programs
  • Successful Industry and Career Services Connections on Campus
  • Embracing Untapped Talent Sources
  • Developing Career Ready Students
  • Reinventing the “Image” of Ag & Food

Check out the conference webpage, at for a full schedule of educational sessions and other details.

Beyond the traditional educational sessions, the organizing committee has planned social events that will promote networking among attendees, such as an optional tour of Tyson’s campus, the welcome reception, a table topics breakfast, a white-paper-development breakfast and a networking dinner.

Registration is $675 for agribusiness professionals and $475 for university professionals. Attendees can register by going to For questions, e-mail or call (800) 929-8975.
