I’m committed to delivering safe, high-quality pork to our customers here in the U.S. and all around the world. Delivering meals to their tables is more than just my job – it’s my responsibility.

As U.S. pork producers, we all know the steps we take to ensure the best for our customers – scientifically based safety and bio-security measures, responsible antibiotic use and, of course, an industry-wide commitment to ensure the well-being of our animals. But we need to remember that it can be easy for customers to overlook our efforts and get confused by messages from outside groups, especially when they are not hearing our side of the story.

That’s why I’m a part of PQA Plus, which certifies quality and safety on my operation. It’s one of the steps I’m taking to tell my story to the customers I serve.
