This June’s launch of the new Pork Quality Assurance (PQA) Plus program again shows pork industry’s longrunning penchant for being proactive in meeting customer needs. The program will update PQA, the industry’s flagship pork safety program.

“Since 1989, PQA has demonstrated producers’ commitment to producing products that are safe and of the highest quality,” said National Pork Board President Wayne Peugh. “With PQA Plus, we also will demonstrate to customers that we’re accountable for the way we produce pork.”
