The National Pork Board and one of the nation's larger foodservice management companies are planning a new menu item at Camden Yards of Baltimore, Md.,– home of the Baltimore Orioles baseball team. ARAMARK will offer a new Tamarind Grilled Pork Chop this season, available in the Sky Boxes and in the Camden Club, a white tablecloth restaurant located within the stadium on the club level.
This new product was developed to encourage many of the average 48,000 fans per game to dine within the stadium before or during the game. Along with this new item, old favorites continue to be available including a roasted pork sandwich, ribs and an Italian grilled-sausage sandwich. NPB is working with WBAL radio station for commercials during the broadcasts of all Oriole games.
