Natural meat specialist, Niman Ranch is broadening its reach. The Oakland, Calif.-based company has joined forces with foodservice-provider Centerplate, to supply and serve all-natural hot dogs, hamburgers and sausages at sports stadiums nationwide. It will reach first into NFL venues in Denver, San Diego and San Francisco, say officials from the two companies.

Centerplate also is developing regional toppings for the Niman burgers, brats and dogs. These include Creole spice and sweet pepper ketchup in New Orleans to Asian cabbage and coriander cole slaw in San Francisco.

Centerplate is based in Stamford, Conn., and serves more than 130 sports, entertainment and convention venues throughout North America.
