A new personnel resource, Labor Management in Agriculture: Cultivating Personnel Productivity, is now available from the University of California Agricultural Issues Center. In it author Gregory Encina Billikopf, University of California Extension labor management farm advisor, takes a look at motivation and other factors that affect job performance.
Among the topics addressed are fine tuning incentive pay, performance evaluations, interpersonal conflicts, employee discipline and more. The book is available in English and Spanish.
