Double-G Brands Company of Pacific, Mo., adds two new product lines to its natural-juice ham business. The company has announced its new spiral-sliced ham, which is more convenient and saves time. Each ham is sliced to the bone, which allows easier serving and uniform thickness.
Double-G Brand’s most popular new item is its ham steaks. The steaks are cut from the center of bone-in hams. Unlike Double-G fully-cooked hams, these steaks must be cooked at 160 degrees Fahrenheit. All products are cured with a family recipe of cane and brown sugar followed by 10 hours of hickory-smoked cooking.
Double-G Brands are distributed in Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, Kansas, Minnesota, South Dakota and Illinois.
