Providing new solutions for foodservice and expanding pork's reach, Hatfield Quality Meats has rolled out a new Premium Reserve Flat Iron Pork Sirloin. The product is geared for foodservice operators.

Hatfield, based in Hatfield, Pa., is marketing the product as "the pork that eats like a steak." Cut from the top of the sirloin, it has a marbling score comparable to USDA Prime steaks, say company officials.

The product weighs approximately 14 ounces per piece. Each piece is packaged individually, in a vacuum seal. The product is packaged to provide 10 pieces per case.
