Producer Groups should join suit to force EPA to force them to release secret correspondence regarding findings and policies.

I disagree michael. Instead of wasting time and money on fighting a done deal in an unwinnable battle, I think farmers would be better off building a coalition of consumers, agribusiness, farm groups and tax payer advocates to start the ball rolling to chop CRP down to a sensible size. We wouldn't have the RFS waiver argument if farmers were planting the land instead of landowners checking their mailboxes.
