Of course they should! This is a Free Country with Free Speech for EVERYONE. Attempts to restrict speech, even that of lying radical extremist hate groups,is fascist and un-American. There is no shouting Fire! involved in these freaks activities. The Kansas State Fair makes all of us in agriculture look weak, insecure about our reasoning and petty. If we cannot stand-up to these freakish lying bullies without resorting to unconstituional legal oppresion, we have some serious problems and soul-searching to do.
It's not a one word answer......it would benefit everyone if true abuse were to be stopped, but at the same time, some livestock acceptable practices are considered abuse to PETA
