The weather outside may be frightful, but this farrowing barn is clean, warm and ready for piglets.
Erin Brenneman, part of the Brenneman Pork family and PorkNetwork contributor, shared the photo on Twitter to shed new light on her #RealPigFarming story.
Brenneman, in addition to pork producer Thomas Titus, were among the five winners of the USFRA's "Faces of Farming and Ranching" contest.
Her photo was shared as part of the #RealPigFarming campaign sponsored by the National Pork Board. The social media campaign encourages the nation’s pork producers to share photos and experiences online using the hashtag, #RealPigFarming. Read, “Pork Checkoff launches social media blitz.”
