When Smithfield gave PORK Network the opportunity to bite into their new dry seasoned ribs, we were champing at the bit. We love pork, and pork ribs are no exception!
Our flavor of rib deliciousness: Southwest Style Peppercorn
The process was easy enough, and as an added bonus, there’s no marinade or extra effort needed.
Simply unwrap, place onto a baking dish lined with tin foil, cover with more foil and pop into an oven preheated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. And wait.
So wait we did!
The ribs spent the first hour baking with the foil on at which point we uncovered it and baked it for another hour or so uncovered. If we weren’t salivating in anticipation by the first hour, by the 90 minute mark we were ready for a feast.
The results: Unanimous deliciousness. The silence was deafening as our test crew devoured the meal.
We loved it, and now so can you! The generous folks at Smithfield are giving 25 coupons for PORK Network readers to pick up their own dry seasoned ribs. Click here to enter, and good luck!
