A Missouri man has been charged after authorities allege he stabbed another man more than 20 times in a dispute over a missing pig.

The New York Daily News reports authorities charged 22-year-old Joshua Finke this week with felony assault.

The Lincoln County Sherriff’s Department believes Finke was accused by his roommates of stealing a 200-pound pig that went missing two weeks ago. Finke then allegedly stabbed another man 23 times.

The victim was released from the hospital after treatment; however, the pig remains missing.
