Officials and locals in Oakland, Maine, were on the lookout for a runaway accused of terrorizing children and adults like on area nature trails – a pig.
According to The Morning Sentinel, the pig was captured on Tuesday about a mile from his farm.
Jeff Taylor, the farmer who owns the pig, purchased the animal earlier this summer. The pig had been in the farm for just 10 minutes before touching an electric fence and bolting.
“I’m glad that he’s home and safe,” Jeff Taylor said. “His feelings might be hurt a little bit, but that’s about it.”
